EMAIL
I wanted to get back in touch with you as we spoke about me
coming down to meet your dogs and possibly put a deposit down. I must inform
you that prior to making it down I was offered the oprtunity to purchase a
czech dog. I friend of mine who is heavily involved in importing shepards
advised me that an individual he deals with has contacts for Rotts and
offered me an exceptional chance to get a european dog which I always wanted
to do. I hope that you do not take this as an insult I have included a
couple of photos of the pup if you so desire to look at them again I thank
you for your time
D:
i would buy from the Czech republic. go for it. i have never bought
anything but a German dog. i always wondered if who was on the pedigree
was true.my friends have had some hip problems with the eastern block.why
doesn't your friend have an in to the German dogs????
good
luck.
I did go
forward with the purchase - I personally don't know the importer and
relyed solely on my friends knowledge of the man. I must admit that part
of the reason I chose to go with the czech dog is that is where my family
heritage comes from and the delivery price was exceptional. I only paid
1200.00 US total for the dog he is about 10 weeks old and appears to be in
great condition. I of course will have to wait on the hips to get them
certified I believe it is at age 2 that ofa will certify and will attempt
to verify all paperwork when the pedigree arrives I will keep you informed
and maybe if I get a chance I can bring him down over the summer if you
would like or if you plan to travel to this area at all let me know
d
D:
good luck? i have seen many check dogs like the pup you have.let
hope that the price doesn't go up in vet bills.what kind of guarantee can
you get from the check people in Europe.some took a year to get the papers.i
do have my doubts after the problems my friends have had.
why didn't you get a German hund from
your friend?? maybe he cant get a German hund.many gsd people can only get
knock off dogs.why doesn't a gsd people sell rottweilers.the germans have
their number.how many imported titled rottweilers has your friend
imported?ask? last year i imported 9 rottweilers, sch 3 gekort=3 sch
2,sch,1,sch-bh and pups.you do know what you get when you buy german.
good luck with you new pup.i wonder if your gsd people
can get an akino v.d. lauterbrucke pup. i have 2 and the only akino pups in
America.
you will understand.
I only paid 1200.00 US total for the dog he is about 10 weeks old and
appears to be in great condition.
this will be the last email.i do not want to know the future.

Hi, I am interested in getting a
rottweiler male pup (preferably a first
born). My family and I live in Brooklyn, NY with a spacious backyard and
plenty of room for the dog. I am very interested in your dogs because they
have a German bloodline. I would like to know if you have any male pups left
fron the Blanca litter, and also how much they are.
Thank You,

ps. Do you think there would be anyone that
would like to go into partners
with me. I buy the dogs and keep the male-maybe do schutzen training, they
keep and breed the female. I have the arrangement with a breeder and it
works well. I get the amount of a "pick" from each litter and offer free
stud service to my male, they keep the rest of the pups or sell them. I am
also interested in learning more about schutzen-any good places to go on
the web?

Hi,
My name is M and I am
looking into buying a rottie male for show. I am
familiar with other larger breeds and am trying to learn some about
rotties. I was hoping you might be able to answer a few questions.
1-Your web site mentions "german working" rotties. What is the difference
in German and American rotties?
2-What are "red papered" rotties?
3-I am interested in a male that will reach 28"+ over 125lbs. Do your
rotties get that big?
4-In America they dock tails. I have heard several reasons why but in
Europe they don't so much. Is it a disadvantage in the show ring if the
tail is not docked? (I like the looks better)
5-Do intact male rotties get along with other intact males or do they need
to be seperated? (I.e. Great Swiss or King Sheperds may grumble around each
other but don't have any real conflict. The heirarchy gets established and
chellenges are usually rare.) Realizing no dog is axactly the same, what
is the tendancy for rotties?
6-What is the cost for a show quality male rottie?
Thanks for your help.

Gene,
Recently you spoke to my wife, but
she failed to ask if the female puppy was still available? Are
schedules are still opposites and we are trying to organize time for a
visit. My wife is also concerned that your dogs may be too "hard" for
our pet purpose. What do you think?

Gene, thanks for the picture. I'm sure
she is all that you say and more.I enjoyed our conversation and your
candidness. It is obvious that your insight contributes to your
success and infamous reputation as having the best of the best.
I could learn a lot from you and wish I
had met you earlier.Unfortunately I know I can not afford this
particular bitch right now and want to be honest with you so I can
improve my changes on a purchase in the future.I have completely paid
for a pup from xxxxx(1200$) and expect get her in mid February.I am
trying to sell the male that I currently own now. I would love to come
down a visit your kennel one day. There are not many successful people
like you that will spend the time with someone like me and explain the
difference in a Rottweiler and a REAL ROTTWEILER!
I would not dare come down right
now and waste your precious time with out being in the position to
purchase what I want. I don't care for people that blow smoke
and are full of >>>. One day I hope to purchase a REAL ROTT.Continue
on bettering the breed and don't look back > take care of you and your
family. Hope to speak to you again in the future when I am in a
position to back up my conversation. Thanks Much

Hi Gene
Have you ever been a member of USA? Do
you get the USA magazines? If you do, you are a member. They send
the bill to you each year. I think it is $60.00 for an individual
member. If you have never been a member, you can fill a form out
Thursday and give me a check made out to USA and I will forward it
with the club dues.

I found
your web-site by chance and was somewhat intrigued by your reference
to "imported" Rottweilers... Do you have access to imported
Rottweilers? We have been the proud parents of two wonderful dogs ,
but lost our last boy to a host of problems (genetic nightmare).
Therefore, we are now willing to travel to Germany to buy a dog of
sound quality - -But would prefer to have someone with
experience act as a broker. Do you know of anyone who could help
us???
The
description of your puppies seemed to indicate that you had some
history with this type of breeding..
P.S. Cost
will not be an issue.

I know you are very busy and if you don't have time to answer my
question I will understand, but being that you have dealt with these
dogs for so long I thought you might be able to help me.
My brother has a full blooded German rott. He is almost 5 years
old. We all did live very close together. So the dog has grown up
around all of my family and my grandparents and my brother and his
friends. He and my daughter are the same age almost and he is very
protective of her. He loves me dearly, but if I spank her around him he
will put his teeth around my arm to let me know to stop right now. My
brother bought a bunch of books on rott's and trained him very well, so
he is very smart and very well trained. He is very well behaved, except
for the fact that he likes to kills small animals likes my favorite cat
in the whole world and my little baby ducks that I spent a whole summer
raising. My brother says that, that is just his nature, so I try to not
be to hard on him.
The question I was wanting to ask is my brother moved away not to far
about a 15 minute drive, but I miss the dog, his name is "Rasta," my
brother named him, not me. So about once a month I will go and get him
and keep him for a couple of days and he is as happy as can be and has a
great time, but when I take him home he is very grouchy for a few days,
my brother and his friends says. He has a lot of people coming and
going from his house all the time because he is in his early 20's, so I
think the dog probably just likes to come out here for some piece and
quite. He bit a little kid today that was there with a friends kid, my
brother things he didn't mean to, but they quarantined him for 10 days.
The child had to get 5 stitches, but is OK. I have never seen him like
that and I know young kids aren't always good with animals, but my
brother thinks that moving him back and forth from my house to his house
is bad for him, because he thinks he needs to be in one stable
environment and not move and that is making him a little meaner. But I
love him very much and love seeing him and when I go over to visit my
brother he will force his way in my car and won't get out like he is
saying OK l'm going whether anyone likes it or not. I am sorry to keep
going on and on I am just very upset about this. So the question I was
wanting to ask you is Do you think it is bad for him to go back and
forth from house to house or is it OK. If you think it is bad I will
just have to deal with it and visit him from time to time. I would
appreciate it very much if you could write me back, but again I will
understand if you don't have time.
